Clove Dental, has launched a nationwide campaign titled ‘Finding the Missing Tooth’ to raise awareness about the emotional, physical, and social consequences of tooth loss. One or two missing teeth are often seen as normal and left untreated, but this misconception highlights the need for broader awareness and education.
The campaign highlights how a missing tooth can affect more than just one person; it can impact the entire family. A father might avoid family meals because chewing is difficult. A mother may shy away from family photographs due to changes in her smile. A young person could find themselves suppressing laughter in public, slowly losing self-confidence. The campaign covers these quiet, yet powerful changes in everyday life and underscores how dental health is deeply connected to emotional well-being and relationships.
The ‘Finding the Missing Tooth campaign’ is based on Clove Dental’s view that dental care should go beyond the clinical; it should be personal, compassionate, and transformative. A missing tooth, if left untreated, can lead to more serious oral health issues like bone loss, gum recession, and shifting of surrounding teeth. It can also alter the shape of the face over time. Despite these significant effects, many individuals continue to delay or avoid treatment due to fear, stigma, or lack of awareness.
“Missing teeth don’t just alter a smile, they change how people eat, speak, interact, and even how they see themselves. Our goal through this campaign is to ensure that people don’t suffer in silence or normalise avoidable discomfort. Having a tooth replaced through Dental Implants is the most recent methodology without sacrificing adjoining teeth. Dental implants offer a safe, reliable, and permanent solution. But beyond clinical success, we’ve seen how they bring people back to life, how they laugh louder, smile wider, and reconnect with their loved ones without hesitation. That’s the kind of healing we stand for,” said Lt Gen Dr Vimal Arora, Chief Clinical Officer at Clove Dental.
Speaking on the campaign, Amarinder Singh, Founder and CEO of Clove Dental, said, “At Clove, we believe that restoring a smile means restoring a life. With ‘Finding the Missing Tooth’, we want to create a national conversation around dental implants and how they can profoundly change the way people feel about themselves and engage with those around them. This campaign is about helping people find their confidence again.”
