Sunish Jose has announced his exit from Publicis Global Delivery, where he served as CEO. He shared the news in a LinkedIn post, reflecting on his 6.5-year journey with the organisation.
“After an incredible 6.5 years with Publicis, I am preparing to embark on the next phase of my career. This was not an easy decision—but I leave with an overwhelming sense of pride and confidence in the direction we’ve taken the business,” Jose wrote.
He extended gratitude to his team, clients, agency partners, mentors, and the Publicis Groupe leadership across India, APAC and Global for their support, noting that the journey has been “nothing short of extraordinary.”
Before taking on the CEO mandate in March 2022, Jose served as Managing Director at Publicis Groupe from April 2019 to March 2022. He also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for PubHub from June 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, he was with Accenture, leading Digital Marketing for the EMEA and Global Delivery teams between December 2017 and March 2019, after heading Digital Marketing in Hyderabad from August 2015 to November 2017.
Earlier in his career, he spent significant years with Publicis Groupe in leadership roles, including Vice President and Head of Global Operations Center from April 2013 to June 2015, and Vice President and Head of the Global Execution Center at Digitas India from March 2012 to June 2015. He also worked with Bank of America as Senior Manager from 2010 to 2012 and Manager Operations from 2008 to 2010. His earlier stints include Greenfield Online, where he was Lead Project Manager from 2007 to 2008 and Manager Operations from 2004 to 2007.
