Netcore Cloud has launched Insights Agent, a new AI-powered analytics tool that delivers real-time, campaign-specific insights through a simple conversational interface. The feature has been integrated directly into the Netcore Cloud platform.
Built to assist marketers in quickly identifying performance issues and optimisation opportunities, Insights Agent has eliminated the need for SQL queries, BI tools, or external dashboards. Users can ask natural-language questions such as “Why did my Black Friday email underperform?” and instantly receive explanations, improvement suggestions, and visual reports.
Unlike basic analytics solutions, the Insights Agent has been trained on marketing campaign data across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push channels. The tool has been designed to reduce decision-making delays, technical dependencies, and cognitive load for marketing professionals.
It is now available to all Netcore Cloud users and has marked another milestone in the company’s efforts to simplify and personalise data-driven marketing.
