PepsiCo India Appoints Saakshi Verma Menon As Chief Marketing Officer – Foods

With extensive experience across global consumer brands, Saakshi Verma Menon has joined PepsiCo India as Chief Marketing Officer. She will lead strategy, innovation, and consumer engagement for brands like Lay’s, Kurkure, Quaker, and more.

Saakshi Verma Menon has been appointed as the new Chief Marketing Officer – Foods, PepsiCo India. Menon will spearhead marketing initiatives across the Foods portfolio, driving brand strategy, innovation, and consumer engagement.

She announced the update on LinkedIn.

She will work on brands from PepsiCo, including Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos, and Doritos.

Previously, she was working as the Senior Marketing Director for Africa, Middle East & South Asia at PepsiCo from January 2024 to July 2025. Before that, she served as Marketing Director, India at Kimberly-Clark from June 2021 to January 2024.

She was also the Head of Marketing and Digital Business at Nicobar Design from February 2020 to October 2020. From January 2018 to December 2019, she worked at Uber as Head – Brand, Strategy and Campaigns.

Prior to that, she spent over five years at Coca-Cola Company, where she held two key roles, General Manager, Creative Excellence from April 2015 to January 2018 and Senior Brand Manager from December 2012 to April 2015.

Earlier,  she worked at Colgate-Palmolive for 9 years and 6 months in various marketing roles.
