1. Storytelling with Pankaj Tripathi

Protean introduced their first-ever brand ambassador, Pankaj Tripathi, through a series of long and short format films. Using his life story to mirror the journey of the everyday Indian, the campaign smartly humanises digital public infrastructure through a face and narrative that feels familiar, grounded, and real. No jargon. Just stories.

2. A strong influencer and meme strategy

The brand collaborated with names like Tech Burner, Ankur Warikoo, Monica Malik and more. They turned financial inclusion and Digital Infrastructure into content that’s actually engaging.

The content doesn’t talk at the audience; it speaks with them. Through memes, reels and podcast conversations, they’re making complex ideas feel simple.

3. Print ads that break the usual template

At a time when most print ads barely register, Protean’s series of 11 creatives in The Economic Times actually stood out.

Each ad came with sharp, relevant messaging that clearly communicated what the brand stands for in the digital public infrastructure space.

4. OOH that moves with the city

Cityflo buses across Mumbai turned into Protean’s moving billboards, featuring AI-led creatives that caught attention on the go.

This wasn’t just another outdoor ad campaign. It was smart visibility that travelled with the audience, right through their daily routine.

5. Full-funnel, integrated thinking

Across digital, print, outdoor, and influencer channels, the campaign stays consistent in tone, messaging and design. It doesn’t feel scattered or all over the place. Everything ties back to one clear story, told across multiple touchpoints and that’s what makes it stick.
