After being associated with Digital Transformation Company- LS Digital Group for over four years, Dipshika Ravi has now joined Schbang in the capacity of National Creative Director-Digital for West and North regions.
With over 17 years of experience in the advertising industry, she brings with her a wealth of expertise in creating compelling stories and cutting-edge campaigns that have shaped some of the most influential brands in the world like PepsiCo, Singapore Tourism Board, HDFC Life, MakeMyTrip, Mahindra Auto, Godrej, Kellogg’s and Canon amongst others.
In fact, her work has not only earned over 80 national and international awards but also served on multiple global and Indian juries for awards including the likes of Adfest and Goafest.
That said, in her new role at Schbang, Ravi will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the creative vision for Schbang’s diverse portfolio as well as leading a talented team of creatives, driving innovation, strategy, and excellence while ensuring that the agency’s output resonates deeply with audiences across India and globally.
With her career being marked by a passion for storytelling and an ability to understand people and cultures which in turn has helped her craft work that truly connects with audiences, she has worked with some of the much renowned companies like LS Digital Group, Hyphenate Design and Robotics, Creativeland Asia, Hungama Digital Services, iProspect Communicate 2, Times Property and Keynote Media.
During her previous stint at LS Digital which lasted for a period of more than four years, she served across multiple roles at the company including that of Senior Creative Director- Creative and Social, AVP and ECD- Creative and Social as well as VP and ECD- Creative and Social.
Before that, she served the role of Head of Digital at Hyphenate Design and Robotics from November 2018 and April 2020, Creative Director- Digital at Creativeland Asia from April 2018 to November 2018 and Hungama Digital Services between August 2009 and April 2018.
