One of India’s fastest growing Consumer Internet Platforms- Zepto has launched Jarvis- an in-house advertising service that is intended to solve the advertising needs of small and large brands and sellers on its platform by helping them increase brand salience and platform sales by running optimised and focused campaigns to Zepto’s users.
While the industry benchmark for ad revenues in quick commerce is around 3%-3.5% currently, according to Bofa Global Research, 2024, Jarvis, as per Zepto has already served more than 15+ billion ad impressions generating well over 4% of advertising income as a percentage of sales, and continues to grow rapidly.
As per the platform, Jarvis is designed to help sellers listed on Zepto platform increase visibility and sales, delivering up to 8x returns on ad spends as well as for allowing brands to directly connect with the platform users and build long term brand relationships.
That being said, this solutions service launch comes at a time when the platform is becoming a key platform for brands to expand their reach and drive sales as well as is on track to reach Rs 1000+ Crore Annualised Run Rate by the end of FY25.
In its press note, Zepto highlighted the following key features of Jarvis which aid in empowering sellers on Zepto’s platform:
- Objective-Driven Campaigns: Jarvis tailors ads based on user behaviour within the app, placing them at optimal touchpoints to maximise awareness and drive sales. This dynamic ad placement makes it uniquely suited to meet specific campaign objectives.
- Real-Time Analytics: Jarvis offers a real-time analytics platform, tracking spending and performance with sub-second query times. By analysing millions of daily interactions, it delivers actionable insights to optimise ad targeting.
- Behavioural focus: With advanced segmentation, Jarvis enables brands to focus on users based on behaviour, trends, and preferences, helping Zepto users discover relevant products and driving meaningful ad interactions.
- Full-Funnel Measurement: Jarvis provides a comprehensive view of user behaviour across platforms, helping advertisers track campaign performance, optimise ad spend, and ensure accountability across all touchpoints.
