FCB/SIX India, part of IPG Group, has elevated Dhruv Shah to the role of SVP- CX, Anmol Dang to VP- Media (West) and Salman Shamsi to AVP- Brand Reputation Management in a bid to aggressively expand and enhance its service portfolios.

As per the sister agency of FCB Kinnect, these elevations align with FCB/SIX India’s unprecedented growth trajectory and commitment to increased efficiency.

Embracing a data-driven approach, FCB Kinnect had restructured its performance and customer experience verticals in May 2023, leading to the formation of FCB/SIX, a data-centric agency with an international presence.
Since then, both FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX together have positioned themselves as an integrated powerhouse with full-funnel services.

At the time of its launch, FCB/SIX India had appointed Ankit Banga as Chief Business Officer to scale up operations and over the past one-and-a-half years, his deep understanding of growth-focused strategies have significantly expanded the agency’s operations and client roster.

From its launch in 2023, FCB/SIX India grew its team threefold to 170 kinnectors and the agency successfully onboarding several high-profile Indian and global clients, including Crompton, SBI, Polycab, Amazon, HDFC Bank, Plum, Aditya Birla Capital, ZF Aftermarket, among others.

As per FCB/SIX India, it is the agency’s thoughtful integration of Creative and Media that delivers impactful and amplified results for its brands.

Speaking on the elevations, Ankit Banga, CBO, FCB Kinnect & FCB/SIX India, said, “Our identity is shaped by the people who drive us forward. Dhruv, Anmol, and Salman have all shown remarkable leadership and dedication to our clients, and their teams. With such strong contributions laying the groundwork, we at FCB/SIX India have already witnessed over 50% growth in this year and I am confident that we’ve only scratched the surface.”

To this, Rohan Mehta, CEO, FCB Kinnect & FCB/SIX India, added, “FCB/SIX has been crucial to our success, exemplifying our core belief that media and creative should not be separated. In a short time, we have not only surpassed ambitious growth targets, but also showcased our creative mastery of media and technology, as seen in the Cannes-winning Lulumelon EOSS campaign for HDFC Bank. Alongside FCB Kinnect, we’re building a strong foundation, cementing our position as India’s most exciting creatively led integrated agency.”
