The FMCG arm of Sanjay Ghodawat Group- Ghodawat Consumer has appointed Bollywood Actress Raveena Tandon as the new brand ambassador for its ‘Star Brand’ Refined Oil.
This collaboration will cover all categories, including sunflower, soybean, cottonseed, and rice bran oils.
Apart from this, the FMCG brand valued at Rs 1600 crore has also unveiled a refreshed logo and new packaging for Atta, Rice, Oil, and Salt products under ‘Star Brand’.
The updated design of ‘Star Brand’ features a dark leafy green color, symbolising the care of Mother Earth, farmland, high yields, and agricultural vitality, and reflects the brand’s commitment to freshness, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
Onboarding the Padma Shri actress as its new ambassador, the brand believes that Tandon’s appeal resonates with its consumers across rural, urban, and semi-urban areas and hence, it has also rolled out a marketing campaign with its tagline highlighting the trust and commitment that ‘Star Brand’ has built over the years, showcasing its refreshed identity and dedication to superior quality.
