After being associated with Leo Burnett India for the past close to nine years and serving the role of Senior Creative Director at the agency for the last five years, Himanish Ashar has now been promoted to the role of Executive Creative Director- Innovation at the agency.
He took to his LinkedIn to share the development.
In his new role at the Publicis Groupe’s renowned creative agency, he will be working on Creative Solutions, Design Thinking, Innovation and Humankind ideas.
Ashar started his career with Leo Burnett India as an Intern in October 2015 and worked on brands such as McDonalds, Amazon Kindle, Tide OLX, HE deodorant and many more before assuming the role of Creative Strategist at Leo Burnett’s Innovation Cell ‘Apollo 11’ in April 2016.
Between April 2016 to August 2018, he worked on several key accounts of the creative agency including that of Whisper, Skechers, Twitter; and won over four businesses for Leo Burnett India including Spotify India.
In August 2019, he was promoted to the role of Senior Creative Director at the agency and in the five years following that, Ashar worked on campaigns such as #PUMADive, Gatorade Turf Finder, Whisper Missing Chapter, Airtel 175-Replayed, Water Sustainability Score.
That being said, in the past five years, Apollo 11 team was involved in winning over 20 new businesses and 30 International awards for Leo Burnett India.
