Co-working space is one of the best gifts to entrepreneurs, not only they can work in a peaceful environment but also there is a huge chance of meeting innovative personalities. One can share the problems which he/she faces and seek advice from the other workers but productivity will be dependent on the self-discipline of every individual and that varies person to person. Below are some of the tips that can help you to increase your productivity in these co-working spaces.

1. Choose the location carefully

Source

Location is the most important thing in co-working spaces and one should be most careful in it. Choose something that works best for you, this will depend on your habits but do try to find a place which is less in noise and the flow of air and sunlight is proper in it.

2. Make a to-do list

Source

Lists having your tasks of the day works wonders if you follow them properly, make a checklist of things to be done in the day and mark the tasks which are over. Be very strict and honest with yourself in following the list as there will be no one to guide you for the timings daily in co-working places.

3. Take regular breaks

Source

Breaks are very important in productivity of every task, do take small breaks either after completing some small task or set regular intervals for the breaks. Try not to follow the same routine every day as it will create monotony and will result in a decrease in quality of work.

4. Keep your place clean

Source

Cleanliness should not be avoided anywhere, no matter where you work the place should be very clean. Try to make a space for the items that will be used regularly in your project and always place them on the decided location, it creates a big mess and frustration when we cant find something when we need it.

5. Try to find neighbors of same interests

Procrastination is the most common habit why freelancers fail. As there is no one to look after the work, If you tend to delay every task and it will end very badly. So, if you are working in a co-working place try avoiding this as much as possible. Set deadlines and make the routine to complete them on time, break your tasks into smaller ones and reward yourself with something if you do something before time, this helps a lot and gives immense happiness.

Co-working spaces can be very helpful if you know how to use them in a correct way, do give your thoughts and suggestions on how to choose a co-working place for maximum productivity.
