Wellbeing Nutrition Appoints Harleen Bhatti As VP-D2C & Kunwarjeet Singh Grover As Head Of Growth

Wellbeing Nutrition has appointed MyGlamm's Harleen Bhatti as Vice President (VP) of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Honasa's Kunwarjeet Singh Grover as Head of Growth. At Wellbeing Nutrition, Bhatti will be responsible for driving the company’s D2C growth, P&L management and spearheading the growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Grover will focus on scaling the brand through innovative growth strategies, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.

Wellbeing Nutrition, one of the leading players in the Indian wellness and nutrition industry, has expanded its leadership team and appointed Harleen Bhatti as Vice President (VP) of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Kunwarjeet Singh Grover as Head of Growth.

As per the brand, this move aims to accelerate the company’s growth, with a focus on achieving year-on-year growth of over 100% and clocking an ARR of Rs 240 crore.

With an extensive experience across early and growth-stage D2C ventures and management consulting, Bhatti brings a wealth of expertise to Wellbeing Nutrition. At Wellbeing Nutrition, she will be responsible for driving the company’s D2C growth, P&L management, and spearheading the growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

In her previous role at The Good Glamm Group, she spearheaded online marketing, CRM, Customer Analytics, Website and App Marketing, and Product-led Growth for several renowned brands, including The Good Glamm Group, Lenskart, and CureFit.

Grover’s expertise spans across business development, e-commerce, and managing online marketplaces. Before, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Honasa Consumer, where he was in charge of developing and overseeing the marketplace business’s P&L for companies like Mamearth, The Derma Co., and Bblunt. Prior to Honasa, he was also associated with Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, CavinKare, Phillips Lightning, and Havells India.

This mission is at the core of the company’s strategy, as it aims to make preventive care accessible to every household. To drive this vision and achieve its aggressive growth targets, Wellbeing Nutrition has roped in Bhatti and Grover.

The Company highlighted that their combined expertise will be pivotal as the company focuses on expanding its Beauty and Sports and Performance segments, which are projected to contribute approximately 90% of the portfolio. Furthermore, their leadership will support the brand in leveraging its strong online presence to grow retail and export channels, targeting a 50% contribution from these avenues over the coming years.
