Kunal Dubey has joined Practo as Senior Vice President – Global Head of Brand and Content, where he will lead the brand and content strategy for the healthcare platform. He takes on this role after serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Wakefit from 2024 to 2025, where he oversaw brand campaigns and marketing initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth and strengthened its consumer positioning.

Before joining Practo, Dubey was Chief Marketing Officer at Wakefit, where he led the brand’s marketing strategy and campaigns between 2024 and 2025. Prior to that, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cleartrip (Flipkart Group) from 2021 to 2024, where he helped rebuild the marketing function post-acquisition and worked on shaping the brand architecture and category growth strategy.
From 2020 to 2021, Dubey served as Head of Marketing at Vedantu, leading the overall CMO function covering brand marketing, performance marketing, and communications. He also worked with PhonePe as Head of Business Marketing and Media Planning for six months in 2020.
Prior to that, he was Country Head for Dentsu India Slingshot from 2019 to 2020, where he founded and led the unit focused on marketing and digital solutions. Dubey spent nearly five years at Flipkart between 2014 and 2019, holding multiple roles including Director of Brand Marketing Communications and Head of Media Planning and Buying, and earlier as Associate Director – Brand Marketing and Social Media Head.
Between 2012 and 2014, he led brand marketing for eBay India, where he was responsible for campaigns, consumer research, and media planning. Earlier, he worked at Reliance Communications from 2011 to 2012 as Brand Manager for Reliance 3G and DTH, after beginning his marketing career at McDonald’s India as Deputy Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2010, and before that as Deputy Marcom Manager at Reliance Communications from 2006 to 2007.
