Triptii Dimri Becomes The New Face Of One GOA By The House Of Abhinandan Lodha

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), has launched a project called One GOA in Goa. It's an expansive 130+ acre area with 5-star luxury plots, located in Bicholim. They have also brought in Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri to be the face for One GOA. HoABL has kickstarted a 360-degree campaign with OOH, Print and Digital legs across the country with Dimri as the face.

Triptii Dimri Becomes The New Face Of One GOA By The House Of Abhinandan Lodha

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has launched a project in Goa called One GOA, an expansive 130+ acre, 5-star luxury plotted development nestled in Bicholim, and roped in Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri to be the new face of One GOA.

HoABL has kickstarted a 360-degree campaign with OOH, Print and Digital legs across the country with Dimri as the face.

The brand said that this exclusive project redefines opulence, boasting a host of amenities designed to offer an unmatched experience. At its centrepiece lies a 5-star hotel, housing 50 to 100 opulent rooms, integrated with a 40,000 square feet clubhouse.

Another feature of this development is the partnership with Enzyme, an architectural firm known for its expertise in crafting luxurious spaces. Together, they have conceived a 3-tiered clubhouse.

Samujjwal Ghosh, CEO of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, stated, “Our commitment to redefining the real estate landscape is evident in every facet of One GOA. From the magnificent clubhouse amidst lush greenery to the internationally acclaimed discotheque and tantalising multi-cuisine restaurant, every aspect has been meticulously crafted to offer an unparalleled experience. Furthermore, with upcoming infrastructural developments, the region is poised for exponential growth, with MOPA airport geared to fulfil 3.3 crore passengers travelling inbound annually. A great situation for Goa – with a projected GDP of Rs 1.08 lac crores by 2025.”
