Top Advertising Brands In Week 8 Of 2022

The eighth week of the new year saw many new entrants topping advertising charts. According to BARC, Maaza has ranked the number one advertised brand and HUL continues to stay put, at number one on the advertiser’s list, this week as well.

Hindustan Unilever registered ad vol (‘000 secs) of 4557.7. Reckitt Benckiser Group followed at second position with ad vol (‘000 secs) 2917.61, and Coca Cola India came third with 1184.0 ad vol (‘000 secs).

Godrej Group clinched fourth position with 780.85 ad vol (‘000 secs). Cadbury’s India came fifth with 715.62 ad vol (‘000 secs).
Pepsi Foods took the sixth spot with 674.92 ad vol (‘000 secs), and Procter & Gamble came seventh on the list with 650.05 ad vol (‘000 secs). Colgate Palmolive India took eight position with 580.11 ad vol (‘000 secs).

ITC grabbed the ninth position and registered 577.48 ad vol (‘000 secs). Lastly, GlaxoSmithKline Group of companies stood at number ten with 504.17 ad vol (‘000 secs).

With many new brands entering the list of the top ten, Maaza clinched first spot this week with 427.85 (000 secs) ad volume followed by Harpic Power Plus 10X Max Clean at the second position with 407.9 (000 secs) ad volume. Mortein Insta grabbed the third position with 293.64 (000 secs) ad volume.

Amazon.in, Ultratech Cement, Thums Up, and Colgate Vedshakti bagged fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh spots respectively with 291.44 (000 secs) ad volume, 277.75 (000 secs) ad volume, 263.38(000 secs) ad volume, and 260.89 (000 secs) ad volume respectively.

Coca-Cola, Moov Strong, and Sabse Pehle Life Insurance, bagged eighth, ninth, and tenth spots with 257.3 (000 secs), 251.4 (000 secs), and 249.5 (000 secs) ad volume respectively.

Due to the impending IPL and the summer wave setting in the country, brands like Maaza, coca Cola and Thums Up saw an increase in ad volumes.
