The survey revealed that the automotive sector was rated as the most attractive by employees, followed closely by IT, ITeS, and Telecom. FMCG, Retail, and e-commerce also scored high in employee preference.
Key Factors in Choosing an Employer
The report identified work-life balance, good reputation, and attractive salary and benefits as the top three Employee Value Proposition drivers for the Indian workforce. Women prioritize work-life balance more. An interesting finding is that 91% of employees believe that being allowed to take on additional jobs for extra income enhances the organization’s appeal.
