Suchismita Ganguli Aka Suchi Rejoins McCann Worldgroup As EVP- Account Management For McCann Mumbai

Suchismita Ganguli aka Suchi has now returned to her advertising roots by rejoining McCann Worldgroup as Executive Vice President- Account Management for McCann Mumbai.

Prior to this move, she served the role of Director- Marketing and Communication at Darpan Sanghvi-led The Good Glamm Group for more than two years in the past. During this time, she was responsible for developing extensive experience in the D2C marketing ecosystem.

In her earlier stint with McCann Worldgroup which lasted for approximately a decade, between August 2014 and July 2022, she was responsible for leading the beauty team, global unit and big business relationships for McCann Mumbai as Vice President.

From January 2008 to July 2014, she also served the role of VP at Publicis Advertising wherein she came up with and drove brand and advertising solutions to few of the most renowned brands of the time in India and amassed a deep knowledge and experience in beauty as a category.

Rejoining McCann Worldgroup with over 20 years of experience in advertising as well as client side marketing and communication, Suchi has worked with agencies like McCann Worldgroup itself, Publicis India, JWT and Enterprise Nexus in the past.

Commenting on the development, Prasoon Joshi, Chairman, McCann Asia Pacific and CEO and CCO, McCann Worldgroup India, said, “Suchi comes with a range of experience, a keen eye for innovation and insights in the transformative digital space. Her joining the McCann fold will add a new dimension to our valued client relationships in our Mumbai operation.”

To this, Suchi added,“McCann is not just an agency to me, it’s an institution that builds iconic brands by making them relevant through time and winning hearts through effective creativity. Looking forward to home-coming and bringing in some bounce in offering hyper-bundled and effective business solutions for our key client relationships.”

“Having gathered some rich learnings in brand building in D2C space and digital first marketing over my last stint as Director, Marketing and Communication at The Good Glamm Group; my aim will be to drive a culture of outcome-driven work that makes a tangible impact on the brands we partner with while also realizing the agency’s creative aspirations,” she further mentioned.
