Baby & Mom Retail has appointed Sucharita Reddy as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she will lead financial strategy, performance tracking, and long-term value creation across the company’s growing portfolio of brands.
Sucharita brings 15 years of experience in building and scaling finance functions across high-growth companies. She held leadership roles at Myntra Jabong, Amazon, and EV mobility startup BluSmart, working across financial operations, corporate strategy, and business transformation.
At Baby & Mom Retail, her focus will be on enabling scalable growth, driving disciplined financial planning, and building a future-ready finance function. Her appointment comes as the company expands its portfolio with launches like CORVELL and continues to grow flagship brands including OYOBABY, REDCOP, Gadda Co, and Amorite.
