Snehil Gautam has stepped down as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at REA India, effective September 2025.
He announced this move via LinkedIn.
Prior to this, he was Group Head of Marketing at Housing.com, Makaan.com, and Proptiger.com from 2018 to 2025, where he managed multi-million-dollar branding campaigns, scaled digital traffic through SEO and product hacks, and implemented advanced Martech solutions including Customer 360 and an in-house display ad bidder.
From 2016 to 2021, he was Head of Marketing at Housing.com, leading the entire marketing portfolio, pre-sales and customer support teams, and handling the top 20% of clients directly.
Before entering the real estate sector, Gautam spent 4 years at ICICI Bank, serving as Senior Manager Digital Marketing, CRM Product Manager and Senior Manager Team Lead – Analytics and BI. He also worked as a Derivative Trader at Jaypee Capital Services from 2010 to 2011, trading commodity and currency futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
