Neha Markanda has joined ShareChat as Chief Business Officer for ShareChat and Moj, where she will lead revenue strategy, business growth, and partnerships across the country.
She comes from Google India, where she was Head of Industry, E-commerce, overseeing strategy across multiple verticals and driving consistent market growth. She also led Google India’s health strategy and worked on business transformation and AI solutions across retail and health tech sectors.
With over 22 years of experience in the Indian market, Neha has built brands, set marketing narratives, driven revenue growth, nurtured client relationships, and led high-performing teams. Her career spans consumer products and technology, including senior roles at Meta as Head of Business Marketing, GSK Consumer Healthcare, PepsiCo, ITC, and HCL Technologies.
Her appointment comes as ShareChat recently achieved profitability and is aiming for a Rs 1,200 crore revenue run rate this year. With over 325 million monthly active users across ShareChat and Moj, the platforms provide wide reach and regional engagement for marketers.
