L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe India, has appointed Roshni Kavina as its new National Creative Director.
In her new role at the creative agency, she will be instrumental in furthering and elevating the agency’s creative output, driving innovation, and advancing brand success for clients.
Based out of the agency’s Mumbai office, she will be reporting to Kartik Smetacek and Rohit Malkani, the agency’s Chief Creative Officers.
With two decades of experience in advertising and design, this move marks Kavina’s return to Publicis Groupe wherein she served as the Executive Creative Director of Publicis Ambience from 2015 to 2021, during which she managed some of the agency’s coveted accounts such as Lakmé, Enamor, and Ferrero Rocher. Earlier on, she also worked with the Groupe’s other creative agencies- Saatchi & Saatchi and BBH India.
Prior to rejoining Publicis Groupe as L&K Saatchi & Saatchi’s new NCD, she was working as an independent Luxury Brand Creative Consultant since November 2023 after being associated with Byju’s International for over one-and-a-half years, where she served as Brand Strategy and Creative Head for North America and Canada.
During her time as a Creative Consultant, she supported several global luxury brands and played a key role in shaping design communications for brands such as The Body Shop, Burberry, Elle18, Vaseline, Pantaloons, Irasva, and Marico, among many others.
From September 2021 to May 2022, Kavina served the role of National Creative Head at Impresario Handmade Restaurants.
In 2013, she also founded her own art studio- ‘The Nextdoor Artist.’
In fact, during the course of her career, her work received extensive recognition and accolades at platforms such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Abbys, and Effies.
