PepsiCo Elevates Aveet Kajla to Associate Director- Brand Marketing At Pepsi Lipton For Africa, Middle East & South Asia

PepsiCo has elevated Aveet Kajla, has been promoted to Associate Director- Brand Marketing at Pepsi Lipton team for Africa, Middle East and South Asia region. Before this, she was serving as Brand Lead- Juices (Slice, Tropicana, and Nimbooz) and has been associated with PepsiCo for over four years.

PepsiCo Elevates Aveet Kajla to Associate Director- Brand Marketing At Pepsi Lipton For Africa, Middle East & South Asia

PepsiCo, the global food and beverage company, has promoted Aveet Kajla to Associate Director– Brand Marketing at Pepsi Lipton team for Africa, Middle East and South Asia region.

Before this, she started her journey with the company as Senior Manager Commercialisation in April 2020. Following this, she was elevated to Senior Brand Manager- Mirinda, 7UP and Sri Lanka (Beverages) in August 2021. Subsequently, she served as Brand Lead- Juices (Slice, Tropicana, and Nimbooz) from February 2023 till her elevation.

Previously, Kajla was associated with Rich Products from November 2017 to April 2020 as NPD and Consumer Insights Manager.

Earlier, she served as Assistant Brand Manager at Ferrero from December 2013 to October 2017. In this role, she was managing the iconic flagship brand Ferrero Rocher. Additionally, she was responsible for developing creative and media strategy for both ATL (Digital Marketing and Social Media Engagement) and BTL, among other things.

Prior to this, she was Senior Marketing Analyst at General Mills from February 2012 to December 2013.

In the past, Kajla was associated with Tata Consultancy Services in different roles. She joined the company as Business Analyst in August 2009. Later, she was elevated to Senior Business Analyst in August 2011.

She took it to LinkedIn to announce the same and wrote, “Looking forward to new challenges, new milestones, new learnings and together, making an even bigger impact!”
