Gurugram-based audio wearables brand Noise has raised $20 million in a fresh funding round from Bose Corporation, co-founder Amit Khatri announced on LinkedIn.
This marks Bose’s second investment in the Indian brand, following a $10 million strategic investment in 2023. The American company continues to remain Noise’s sole external investor.
According to media reports, the latest round has pushed Noise’s valuation to approximately $470 million, up from its earlier $460 million.
The capital will be deployed towards operations, marketing, growth initiatives, and working capital as the company expands its product portfolio. Recently, Noise launched a new line of devices featuring “Sound by Bose” technology, further strengthening the collaboration between the two companies.
Commenting on the development, Khatri said, “This isn’t just about funding—it’s about building value and experiences for the next generation of consumers.”
In terms of financial performance, Noise reported Rs 1,431 crore in revenue with a positive EBITDA for FY24, reinforcing its strong position in the competitive audio wearables market.
