Influencer incubator and social media services agency, NOFILTR Group, has undergone a leadership rejig. wherein the agency’s current Partner and CEO, Mihir Surana, has decided to take an Advisor role at the agency in addition to being a Partner.
While Surana’s strategic insights and leadership have been instrumental in guiding the company to where it is today, having him onboard as an advisor will continue to play an important role in shaping the future of NOFILTR.Group.
That being said, he will also be keeping a close eye on any other projects from any other domains he finds interesting outside of NOFILTR.Group.
As a result, Hitarth Dadia, who had been serving the role of Partner and CMO at NOFILTR.Group, has been elevated to the role of Partner and CEO at the agency.
In his role as Partner & CEO, Dadia will be responsible for optimizing business collaborations and creating a profitable entrepreneurial blueprint for the influencers associated with NOFILTR.Group.
He will work closely with the creative departments to chart out detailed insights in public relations and branding for the influencers enforcing authenticity and intentional creation, further strengthening NOFILTR.Group’s position in the market.
Dadia had joined the agency in June 2018 as Business Development Manager and was escalated to the positions of Head of Business Development, Head of Monetization, CMO and Partner before becoming the CEO of the agency, over time.
