Previously, she was working as an independent Brand Marketing Consultant, from June 2023 to October 2023. Before that, she was associated with Meesho as Head- Social Media and Influencer Marketing, from September 2021 to May 2023.
Between October 2020 and September 2021, Bareja served as Head- Brand, Social Media and Content at Zoomcar. Before that, she was associated with Lifestyle International as Social Media, Content and Digital Marketing Lead, from July 2018 to April 2020.
In the past, she was also associated with Reliance Retail, Isobar, Digilogue Communications and CRY.
