Having acquired a 100% stake in Alexis Multi Speciality Hospital for an Enterprise Value of Rs 412 Crore, Max Healthcare Institute has renamed the Nagpur-based hospital as Max Super Speciality Hospital.
This acquisition aligns with Max Healthcare’s mission to provide best-in-class clinical care to patients in Western and Central India.
With this development, Max Healthcare is dedicated to bringing about operational synergies, enhancing efficiencies in healthcare delivery and ensuring the continuity of care and a smooth integration process, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Established in 2016, Alexis Hospital is the only JCI-accredited hospital in Nagpur which provided high-end tertiary care services such as Organ Transplant, Oncology (including Radiation), Neurology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology and diagnostics facilities under one roof.
