We, Marketing Mind, are a content aggregating platform which publishes or republishes content on an “as is” basis. We are, therefore, not liable for any third party content that is posted/hosted on our website.

On 17th January 2020, an article, which was sourced from publicly available information on third-party sources, was published about IBT India on our platform.

As a gesture of goodwill and upon being made aware by IBT India, it appears that the content published in the article was false and untrue and hence, we proceeded to take down the said article on 23rd January 2020. We assure IBT India that it was never our intention to defame or cause any inconvenience to IBT Media. Marketing Mind has and will always work to ensure that content that breaches our guideline is dealt with strict actions in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, as mentioned on our website.
