In the aftermath of being associated with Nestlé for over seven years, and the company entering into a joint venture agreement with Dr Reddy’s to bring nutraceutical brands to consumers in the country, Mansi Khanna has now assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the joint entity between Dr Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science.

Before this, she served as Business Head at Nestlé Health Science, South Asia Region at Nestlé from January 2023 to August 2024.
She joined Nestlé in January 2017 as Category Marketing Manager- Chocolates and Confectionary. Later, in April 2020, she was elevated to Category Marketing Manager- Dairy.
Previously, she was associated with Procter & Gamble for over a decade. She began working at the company as Key Account Manager- Punjab and Haryana in June 2006. Following this, she was promoted to National Customer Manager- Carrefour and Pharmacy Chains in May 2009.
After this, she served as Unit Manager- Delhi from June 2011 to December 2012. Subsequently, she was elevated to Market Strategy and Planning Manager- Skin Care in January 2013. Finally, she served as India Modern Retail Operations and Category Management Leader from January 2014 to November 2016.
In the past, Khanna was associated with McKinsey as Knowledge Center- Analyst from May 2002 to April 2004.
