Manoj Pandey has joined FCB Neo as National Creative Director, effective September 2025. Based in Delhi, he brings over 19 years of experience as a creative leader and writer, having worked across some of the world’s most admired brands and agencies. At FCB Neo, Pandey will lead creative initiatives, crafting campaigns that blend storytelling, culture, and technology.
Based in Delhi, Pandey has held senior creative roles at leading agencies, working on marquee brands including Nike, Incredible India, Unilever, and Coca-Cola. His work has been showcased on global platforms such as The Guardian, BBC, CNN, World Economic Forum, Design Indaba, and Cannes Lions, and exhibited at prestigious spaces including Tate Modern, MoMA PS1, and Motherland.
At FCB Neo, Pandey will lead creative strategy and execution across campaigns, driving innovative storytelling that blends culture, technology, and brand purpose.
