Microsoft-owned professional networking platform LinkedIn has elevated Kumaresh Pattabiraman, who has been associated with the company for more than a decade now, to the role of Country Manager and Product Head- India.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, he mentioned, “I am excited to take on the role of Country Manager and Product Head at LinkedIn India. Having joined LinkedIn in March 2013 as Group Product Manager- Search and Discovery, Pattabiraman was elevated to Director- Product and Careers in July 2016; Senior Director- Product, Profile, Search, and Messaging in March 2020 and as Senior Director- Product, Feed, Search, and Generative AI in August 2022.
Before LinkedIn, he was associated with Microsoft from August 2009 to May 2011, i.e.- before the tech major acquired LinkedIn in 2016. He joined them as Senior Software Engineer- Bing in August 2009 and was elevated to the role of Senior Program Manager- Bing in May 2011.
