InMobi has appointed Kunal Nagpal as Chief Business Officer, taking charge of its entire advertising portfolio, including Glance AI, InMobi Exchange, and InMobi DSP. The newly created role signals InMobi’s push to streamline its advertising operations under a single leadership.
As part of the company’s new unified Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, Nagpal will lead monetisation, product alignment, and partner strategy across platforms. His appointment comes at a time when InMobi is scaling its presence in AI-led commerce and global advertising markets.
Nagpal has been with InMobi for over five years. During this time, he played a key role in growing InMobi Exchange into the world’s second-largest full-funnel mobile sell-side platform. He helped expand its focus beyond just mobile and in-app to become a strong global contender.
In his new capacity, Nagpal will now oversee monetisation for Glance, InMobi’s generative AI-driven commerce platform, while integrating core advertising units across exchange, DSP, and first-party solutions under one cohesive strategy.
The company says the move will help strengthen execution, improve partner experience, and boost operational efficiency across global markets.
“We are on a transformative journey to build a stronger, more unified team and the ability to better adapt to market needs,” says Abhay Singhal, Co-Founder and CEO of InMobi Advertising. “Centralizing our advertising GTM across all product lines is essential for maintaining our growth momentum, and Kunal’s proven expertise with the company across InMobi Exchange positions him as the perfect leader for this initiative.”
“The drive to redefine advertising through innovation requires strong leadership and bold strategies,” says Kunal Nagpal, Chief Business Officer, InMobi’s advertising businesses. “I am eager to embrace this challenge and collaborate with our incredible teams to generate even more value for our partners and customers.”
