KFC India Appoints FCB India As Its New Creative Agency On Record

Following a multi-agency pitch, FCB India, part of FCB Group India, has won the creative mandate of KFC India. Earlier on, the same account was serviced by Ogilvy India.

KFC India Appoints FCB India As Its New Creative Agency On Record

KFC India has appointed FCB India, part of FCB Group India, as its new creative agency on record after conducting a multi-agency pitch to strengthen the brand’s relevance and for recruiting next gen KFC consumers in the country.

As part of the mandate win, the agency will now lead KFC’s 360-degree creative communication as the brand gears up for its next phase of growth in India.

Earlier on, the brand’s creative mandate was looked after by Ogilvy India.

KFC had entered India over two decades back and currently boasts of 1000+ restaurants in the country. Since its entry in the country, the brand has evolved with the changing consumer landscape and has been focused on deepening its relevance while retaining the distinctiveness and craveable taste it is known for globally.

Sharing her views on the development, Aparna Bhawal, Chief Marketing Officer, KFC India and Partner Countries, said “At KFC, creativity is at the cornerstone of everything we do – right from our finger lickin’ good food to our consumer communication. Over the years, KFC India has created many clutter-breaking campaigns along with our long-standing partners at Ogilvy India.
