IAS Onboards Marc Grabowski As Chief Operating Officer, Srishti Gupta As Chief Product Officer

A global media measurement and optimisation platform, Integral Ad Science (IAS), has onboarded Marc Grabowski as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Srishti Gupta as Chief Product Officer (CPO). They will report directly to Lisa Utzschneider, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), IAS.

IAS Onboards Marc Grabowski As Chief Operating Officer, Srishti Gupta As Chief Product Officer

Integral Ad Science (IAS), a global media measurement and optimisation platform, has appointed Marc Grabowski as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Srishti Gupta as Chief Product Officer (CPO). They will report directly to Lisa Utzschneider, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), IAS.

Grabowski will oversee the company’s global commercial organisation prioritising customer success, business strategy, and company commercial operations. He brings leadership and experience across the demand and supply sides of the advertising industry.

Before this, he was Global Vice President (VP) of Oracle Advertising where he led the agency’s global go-to-market organisation for its products, including Moat, Datalogix, BlueKai, and Grapeshot.

Previously, he served as Executive VP of Global Supply and Business Development at Criteo. He held the CEO role at Persio, a B2B mobile marketing platform that was later acquired by Clutch.com. Additionally, he spent nearly a decade at Yahoo! in various sales roles.

In addition to the above, Gupta will lead the company’s product strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.

Gupta is an executive and product leader, with a record of delivering growth in B2B and B2C products across various advertising channels, including CTV. Before this, she served as CPO at Rokt, an e-commerce technology company, where she was responsible for delivering a relevant and performant experience across billions of e-commerce transactions.

Earlier, she was the Director of Ads Measurement at Amazon where she spearheaded the creation of cross-channel measurement products. In the past, she held the role of President and General Manager for IRI’s Digital and Media Solutions.

Speaking on the appointment, Grabowski, stated, “IAS’s focus on data integrity and its trusted AI-backed technology, along with the company’s capabilities in social media, the open web, Connected TV (CTV), and other emerging channels makes this an exciting opportunity.
