Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Rajneet Kohli as the new Executive Director, Foods, and General Manager, India – Foods Business Unit. He will also join the company’s Management Committee, effective April 7, 2025.
Kohli will succeed Shiva Krishnamurthy, who has decided to explore other opportunities.
Kohli announced his resignation from Britannia on March 6 and officially stepped down from his role on March 14 to explore new opportunities.
Kohli brings 28 years of experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors. He previously served as the CEO and Executive Director at Britannia, where he played a crucial role in strengthening the company’s presence in the competitive food and bakery segment.Before Britannia, Kohli held leadership roles at Jubilant Foodworks, The Coca-Cola Co., and Asian Paints.
HUL’s Foods Business Unit is a key growth area for the company, and Kohli’s appointment is expected to accelerate innovation and market expansion.
