Hinduja Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Hinduja Group, has appointed Raman Kalyanakrishnan as Chief Executive Officer.
Raman has brought over 30 years of experience across the corporate and development sectors, including roles in strategy, business development, and program implementation. He has spent the past nine years in philanthropy and previously worked with Tata Trusts, Tata Strategic Management Group, Bharti Airtel, Mattel Toys, and Arvind Fashions.
At Hinduja Foundation, he has been tasked with leading strategic initiatives in healthcare, water stewardship, rural development, education, and sustainability. The appointment has marked a new phase for the Foundation as it has sought to expand its impact and strengthen community engagement.
On the appointment, Mr. Ashok P.
