Head Digital Works, the parent company of A23, has now announced the acquisition of Deltatech Gaming’s leading brand- Adda52 to underscore its commitment to expand its footprint in the rapidly growing online poker market and further cementing its position as a leader in the Indian online gaming industry.
The transaction will be executed in two phases for a total consideration of approximately Rs. 491 Crores wherein HDW will initially acquire 51% of Deltatech Gaming, followed by a merger of DGL into HDW.
That said, upon completion of the merger, DeltaCorp will hold a 5.7% stake in HDW.
This acquisition brings together two of India’s biggest skill-gaming platforms, aiming to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience and foster innovation in the online poker space.
By leveraging Adda52’s expertise and A23’s technological capabilities, the combined entity is poised to set new industry standards and accelerate growth in the Indian online gaming market.
