Havas Worldwide India Appoints Dhananjoy Ray, Aniruddh Subramanian & Jahan Nargolwala As AVP- Planning & Strategy

The creative arm of Havas India and part of Havas Creative Network- Havas Worldwide India has appointed FCB India’s Dhananjoy Ray and Aniruddh Subramanian as well as Creativeland Asia’s Jahan Nargolwala as Associate Vice President- Planning and Strategy.

Havas Worldwide India Appoints Dhananjoy Ray, Aniruddh Subramanian & Jahan Nargolwala As AVP- Planning & Strategy

Havas Worldwide India, the creative arm of Havas India and part of Havas Creative Network India, has onboarded Dhananjoy Ray, Aniruddh Subramanian, and Jahan Nargolwala as its new Associate Vice Presidents- Planning and Strategy.

All three will report to John Thangaraj, Chief Strategy Officer, Havas Creative Network India, and will be based out of Gurgaon.

Similar to Thangaraj, who joined Havas Creative Network this year from FCB Group, Ray and Subramanian both come aboard as the agency’s new AVPs from FCB India.

With over a decade of experience, Ray, who specialises in communication and brand strategy, has worked with agencies including FCB India and Publicis India where he has worked on a roster of brands including Horlicks, Uber, Pernod Ricard, Vivo, BMW, Google, Maggi, Nokia, etc.

Similarly, Subramanian, who joins Havas Worldwide India from FCB India, has also worked with L&K Saatchi & Saatchi and Famous Innovations. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in diverse backgrounds in sectors ranging from FMCG (Horlicks Plus, Real Activ, All Out, Baygon, Mr. Muscle, Bata, Power, Hush Puppies) to FMCD (LivGuard, Evara Platinum, Elegant Steel), Services (Dominos, Bluehost), Health and Pharma (Birla IVF and Fertility, Digene, Cremaffin), Automobile (Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India), and Tech (Google Pixel).

Specialising in creative strategy, brand planning and management, and cross-functional project management from development to delivery, Nargolwala, on the other hand, joins the agency from Creativeland Asia. He comes with nearly 13 years of experience and working at agencies like Yaap Digital, Law & Kenneth, and Contract Advertising, Jahan has worked on brands including Pizza Hut, Uniqlo, Godrej, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, NITI Aayog, Coca-Cola, UPI, RuPay, and more.
