FITPASS Onboards Abhinay Singh As VP-Growth & Neeraj Kumar & Shaleen D’Souza As AVP

As part of its goal to triple growth by 2024-25, FITPASS has strengthened its leadership team for growth and innovation with the appointment of Abhinay Singh as Vice President of Growth, Neeraj Kumar as AVP of Digital Marketing, and Shaleen D’Souza as AVP of Brand and Communication.

One of India’s leading fit-tech brands- FITPASS has brought on Abhinay Singh as Vice President of Growth, Neeraj Kumar as AVP of Digital Marketing, and Shaleen D’Souza as AVP of Brand and Communication.

This development comes at a time when the company is aiming to drive a more than threefold increase in growth by 2024-2025 and increase both innovation and brand visibility whilst boosting FITPASS’ market dominance and delivering

Joining from Redcliffe Labs- Diagnostic Centre, Singh’s expertise lies in business scaling, growth acceleration, and process optimisation all of which are expected to benefit FITPASS which currently holds a 52% market share in the fitness app category, as per the company.

That being said, his strategic approach to performance marketing is expected to play a crucial role in expanding the brand’s reach and further strengthen its position within the competitive Indian fitness market.

Joining him are Neeraj Kumar and Shaleen D’souza in the capacity of AVP-Digital Marketing and AVP- Brand and Communication, respectively.

Since Kumar brings with him over thirteen years of experience in digital strategy and marketing, comprising conceptualisation and execution of campaigns that significantly increase digital adoption and brand visibility, his expertise in data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and multi-channel expertise is expected to play an instrumental role in advancing FITPASS’ vision for a healthier India.

On the other hand, D’souza, with over ten years of experience, has worked with reputable branding agencies such as Vector Brand Solutions (Quotient Group) and Mirum (WPP Group) and has managed full funnel marketing for notable brands like TVS Eurogrip, Flipkart Seller Hub, Raymond, Shoppers Stop, Tata Housing, and more. Hence, the company believes that she will be a valuable asset in strengthening and enhancing FITPASS’ internal and external communications and brand growth.
