DriveX has announced the appointment of Devesh Taparia as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The leadership move reflects DriveX’s focus on strengthening its technology-led operations, expanding its retail network, and improving the mobility experience for India’s evolving customer base.
A technology and mobility professional with a passion for motorcycles, Taparia has held leadership roles with Mahindra & Mahindra, Peugeot Motocycles, and TVS Motor Company. At TVS Motor, he led strategic initiatives across multiple markets, focusing on innovation and business transformation.
His experience in mobility trends and the two-wheeler sector, along with his approach to technology-driven growth, is expected to guide DriveX through its next phase of expansion. He will also help strengthen DriveX’s omnichannel ecosystem, including DriveX Direct, the company’s direct-to-customer model, and its expanding retail network across India.
Under Taparia’s leadership, DriveX plans to enhance its AI- and data-enabled operations, streamline the customer journey, and expand its network of refurbishment and retail centres. The company’s recent expansion efforts, including new stores in major cities and greater digital integration across its operations, aim to position DriveX more firmly within India’s growing pre-owned mobility market.
With this appointment, DriveX reiterates its focus on technology, customer experience, and operational efficiency as it works to build a trusted, technology-enabled pre-owned two-wheeler ecosystem.
