Django has won the digital mandate for Snabbit in India. The agency has taken responsibility for leading the platform’s digital communication and creative strategy as Snabbit has continued to expand across key urban markets.
Founded in 2024, Snabbit has operated as a hyperlocal quick-service platform offering on-demand home services including cleaning, laundry, and kitchen assistance. The company has followed a full-stack, app-based model with in-house service professionals to address gaps in the unorganised domestic help ecosystem.
As part of the mandate, Django has handled Snabbit’s overall digital strategy, social media presence, and storytelling initiatives. The partnership has focused on strengthening brand visibility and building stronger consumer connections within the convenience and home-services category.
The collaboration has marked a business move for both companies as Snabbit has aimed to expand its footprint and grow relevance among urban consumers. Django has worked on strengthening the brand’s digital voice and executing storytelling-led campaigns as the platform has scaled its services.
Aashay Shah, Co-founder at Django, said, “Snabbit is building something truly exciting at the intersection of convenience and real everyday utility. The category is evolving rapidly, and what stands out is Snabbit’s focus on speed, trust, and reliability, powered by a strong operational model. We’re thrilled to partner with them and shape a digital presence that matches their ambition and momentum.”
Aayush Vyas, Head of Brand Marketing, Snabbit, said, “At Snabbit, we’re building more than a service; we’re building a habit in people’s everyday lives. As we scale, our digital voice needs to reflect that balance of speed, warmth, and trust. Django brings a strong grasp of culture, digital storytelling, and executional rigour, and we’re excited to work together to build a brand that feels relevant, reliable, and part of everyday urban life.’’
