After being associated with DIAGEO India for the past two years, Divye Sood has now joined The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in the role of Associate Director- Brand Communications and Experientials.
Announcing the same on LinkedIn, he mentioned, “I’m elated to start an exciting new chapter in my career with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts leading brand communications & experientials for the brand!”
During his two-years long stint at DIAGEO India, he served the role of Luxury Customer Marketing Manager. As part of the same, he headed the marketing of the luxury portfolio brands of DIAGEO in West India.
Prior to this, he was associated with Radio Mirchi from February 2017 to April 2022. He joined them as Group Manager- Marketing and was promoted to Group Head- Marketing after three years, in April 2020. As Group Head- Marketing, he was responsible for streamlining all marketing campaigns and operations (brand, digital and on-ground) for Radio Mirchi across multiple locations in Maharashtra, with an added responsibility of handling national brand alliances and strategic partnerships.
From May 2013 to February 2017, Sood was also associated with TITAN as Brand Executive for some of the premium fashion and ‘Licenced Watch Brands’ such as Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole, French Connection and Police watches.
Some time back, DIAGEO India’s Chief Business Development Officer- Luxury, Reserve, and Craft (India and South Asia)- Shweta Jain had also joined The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer.
