PHD Media, part of the Omnicom Media Group network, has appointed Deepak Mann as its National Strategy Head.

The development was reflected on Mann’s LinkedIn.

Mann brings with him over 20 years of experience in consumer insights, strategy, and marketing effectiveness. Prior to joining PHD Media in July 2025, he was the Director of Marketing Effectiveness for India and Southeast Asia at Nielsen, a role he held for over three years.

Before Nielsen, he spent nearly a decade at Amway across multiple senior roles. From 2020 to 2022, he served as the Insights Head for Amway India. Between 2013 and 2020, he held the position of Regional CMI Head for the Europe India Africa region, where he led the creation of a regional insights centre of excellence. Mann also had a global stint at Amway Corporate in the US from 2011 to 2013, working on cross-functional strategic projects in nutrition, home care, and durables.

He began his career in 2004 at Research International, where he worked for nearly four years before joining Amway India in 2008 as Research Manager.
