David Beckham – Adidas ($160 Million)
In 2003, David Beckham was in talks of signing a lifetime contract with Adidas, which would feature him on the front of major campaigns and commercials for the German-based firm, Adidas.
Later it was revealed that Beckham had negotiated an offer worth a massive $160 million, making it one of the biggest deals Adidas had signed at the time.
George Foreman – George Foreman Grill ($138 million)
The former boxing champion George Foreman became the face of the famous George Foreman grill back in the 90s. Since its launch, the grill became popular all over the world with a record sale of 100 million units since it was first launched.
In 1999, Salton, Inc. paid him $138 million to buy out the right to use his name. George personally pocketed a minimum of $250 million from the grill between the monthly royalties and the buy-out.
50 Cent – Vitaminwater ($60 – $100 Million)
In the early 2000s, 50 Cent partnered up with Glacéau to launch his own Vitaminwater brand. He then acquired a minority stake in the company and introduced Formula 50.
In 2007, Coca-Cola acquired Vitamin Water from Glacéau for $4.1 billion.
According to The Washington Post at the time 50 Cent was said to have walked away with a figure somewhere between $60 million and $100 million, putting his net worth at nearly a half-billion dollars. Although he no longer has an equity stake in the company, he continued to act as a spokesman for Vitamin Water.
Sofia Vergara – $90 Million (Various Brand Deals)
As per GoBankingRates reports, actress Sofia Vergara has made more than $90 million in combined endorsement deals through brands like Head & Shoulders, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, and CoverGirl.
Charlize Theron – Dior ($55 Million)
Actress Charlize Theron became the face of a luxury brand, Dior. As per reports, she has signed an 11-year contract with the company to be paid $5 million per year. Although she’s making about $55 million to promote the fragrance J’adore, she also rocks the brand’s clothes.
Beyonce – Pepsi ($50 Million)
Back in 2012, Beyonce signed a lucrative $50 million deal with drinks giant Pepsi. The singer had signed a ‘hybrid project’ with the company that will see her appearing in a TV commercial and would feature her face on cans as well.
DJ Tiesto – 7Up ($ 30 Million)
In 2014, the soda giants like Coco-Cola were on a spree of signing singers for their brand. 7Up at that time had signed DJ Tiesto for a whopping $30 million.
Taylor Swift – Coca-Cola ($26 Million)
Taylor Swift is one of the most popular American pop singers. Owing to her popularity, Swift made $26 million for featuring in several different Diet Coke ads in 2014.
