Dailyhunt & Josh Parent ​VerSe Innovation Acquires Digital Marketing Agency- ValueLeaf

Joining the likes of InMobi, VerSe Innovation, a parent to platforms like Dailyhunt, Josh and Magzter, has acquired Valueleaf- a digital marketing agency in a cash and equity deal for an undisclosed amount. Consequently, Valueleaf is now projected to contribute an additional USD 100 million in revenue and 10% EBITDA margin to VerSe Innovation’s financials by FY25.

The parent company of Dailyhunt, Josh and Magzter- VerSe Innovation has now joined the likes of InMobi, parent company of Glance, by acquiring digital marketing agency- Valueleaf for an undisclosed amount in a cash and equity deal.

While it is still not clear if the deal is a minority or majority acquisition, it is projected that Valueleaf will boost VerSe’s growth, with projected additional revenue of $100 million and a 10% EBITDA margin in FY25.

As per the company, the acquisition will not only generate powerful synergies by merging VerSe Innovation’s AdTech stack and data management platform (DMP) with Valueleaf’s performance data, supply-side integrations, and industry-focused solutions, delivering superior Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to advertisers.

Earlier this year, in April, VerSe Innovation which was founded in 2007 had acquired digital newsstand Magzter to foray into premium content and further its ambition of becoming India’s largest digital media tech conglomerate.

Valueleaf, on the other hand, was founded in 2006 by Satish Saraf and Srikanth Bureddy with an ambition to provide digital growth solutions to advertisers across various categories and to help them improve their customer acquisition metrics.

The key capabilities of the digital marketing company lie in full-funnel performance data management, supply-side integrations, and industry-focused solutions.

Commenting on the development, Umang Bedi and Virendra Gupta, Co-founders, VerSe Innovation, said ,“The acquisition of Valueleaf Group will position us for substantial revenue growth.
