Dabur India has announced a key leadership change in its senior management with the appointment of Sriram Padmanabhan as the new Head of its Health Care Business, the announcement was made via a regulatory filing.
The move comes ahead of Philipe Joseph Haydon, the current head of the division, who will retire on July 1, 2025.
According to the filing, Padmanabhan’s appointment was approved by Dabur’s Board of Directors through a resolution passed by circulation, following the recommendation of the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Bringing over 21 years of diverse experience, Padmanabhan has held senior roles in marketing, sales, strategic planning, and P&L management. He has previously been associated with leading organisations such as Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly-Clark Lever, and Danone India, where he last served as Marketing Director.
The leadership transition marks a strategic step for Dabur as it continues to strengthen its position in the health care segment.
