Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company has appointed Rohit Santhosh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its real estate arm, Bombay Realty.
Santhosh has brought with him over 17 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable projects. He has held leadership roles at CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.
At Bombay Realty, he has been tasked with steering growth, expanding project footprints, and ensuring sustainable, high-quality delivery across verticals.
“Rohit Santhosh brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the Indian real estate development sector. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the country’s most prominent real estate companies, including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji, where he successfully led projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable segments. A graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Mr. Santhosh combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, making him well-positioned to drive Bombay Realty’s next phase of growth and innovation,” the company said in a statement.
