Ola and Uber have no doubt changed the way India used to travel. The increase in need of cabs and the change in preferences has made them capture Indian market very quickly. These companies are finding very hard to earn profits, but are hoping to turn the tables any time soon.
Another thing associated with Ola and Uber is that they remain in news because of various reasons whether it is some strange behavior of their drivers or some amazing discount strategy among many more.
What’s making us talk about all this is an incident that is surprising people all across the internet. What happened is a Bengaluru based student accidentally booked an Ola cab to North Korea at an estimated fare of Rs 1.4 lakh.
What’s more interesting is even after being one of the most secluded and controlled areas of the world, Ola didn’t stop Bengaluru’s Prashant Shahi to book a round trip to North Korea. He booked a ride from his home in Bengaluru to South Pyongan, North Korea. After making the booking, the student was surprised that it got booked.
