Tenon Group has appointed Ankur Sachdev as the new Chief Executive Officer of Tenon FM, its facility management vertical.
Sachdev, who has been with the group since 2008, began his journey at Peregrine Guarding, the security services arm of the company. Over the years, he has held leadership roles across business functions and client-facing mandates, bringing a deep operational understanding of the group’s integrated services.
His appointment comes as Tenon FM focuses on transforming into a technology-led organisation. Sachdev will lead strategic initiatives, build high-performance teams, and deepen client engagement across regions including India, the UK, Singapore, and Germany.
