Amneal Unveils New Brand Identity Reflecting Its Evolving Biopharmaceutical Portfolio

Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMRX), the holding company of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, today introduced a new brand and visual identity reflecting the company’s evolution into a diversified global biopharmaceutical company and its stated purpose of making medicine accessible for all.

Since its founding more than 20 years ago, Amneal has focused on improving access to essential medicines. What began as an effort to deliver affordable medicines has expanded into a diversified portfolio spanning complex generics and injectables, biosimilars, and specialty products, with operations reaching patients across the healthcare system.

Today, Amneal delivers more than 160 million prescriptions annually across a portfolio of over 290 medicines in the US, including several complex products. These therapies support the management of chronic conditions, address unmet medical needs, and improve access to treatment. The company has also initiated efforts to expand access to affordable healthcare solutions in India and other emerging markets.

The new brand includes a refreshed visual identity centred on trust, access, and patient impact. Amneal’s updated “Signature” logo is inspired by the act of prescribing and reflects the role of healthcare providers and the impact of prescriptions on patients. The identity is intended to reflect Amneal’s role in addressing access challenges across increasingly complex therapeutic areas and delivery systems.

The refreshed brand also supports future initiatives, including plans to introduce an Accessibility Index later this year, aimed at enabling informed discussions around affordability, availability, innovation and knowledge. Amneal’s updated identity is now live across its digital platforms and external communications.

“As Amneal has grown and diversified, our brand needed to evolve with us,” said Chirag Patel, Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer. “This new brand reflects who we are today and where we are headed. It signals our ambition, our capabilities, and our unwavering focus on expanding access to medicines that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.”

“Our purpose has always been about access, perseverance, and addressing difficult challenges,” said Chintu Patel, Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer. “This brand evolution reflects the scale we have achieved, the complexity we take on, and our commitment to building a more sustainable healthcare system.”
