Online Shopping and returns go hand in hand and for those who are experienced you know what we are talking about. Shopping online surely has its perks of saving time, energy and buying the needful at best prices but what can be really tricky are the returns.
A customer of Amazon and a shareholder who failed at making returns 4 times, took it the big boss Jeff Bezos himself.
Yes! You read that write only a few days back at an annual shareholder meeting, the customer cum shareholder who failed at her many attempts to make the return possible brought this up in the question and answer round and ended up asking the founder and ceo, Bezos about the same.
As astounded Bezos might be, he took the odd question in stride and replied, “My apologies that you had to use this unusual venue to accomplish what should have been a routine task,” Bezos replied, according to Todd Bishop. “Anybody else have anything they need to return?”
